旅游高等教育下应用型女性人才培养

摘　　要：随着改革开放和我国旅游业的不断发展,旅游高等教育的发展也经历了不同发展阶段,从无到有,从小到大不断发展起来的。近年来旅游业女性应用型人才在行业中所获得的成就表明高等教育下人才培养模式能够使女性人才在高等教育过程中能够全面发展的同时,增强其对市场的适应性,并在其今后的生活和工作中能够不断完善自身,持续发展。本研究对高等教育下旅游女性应用型人才培养进行系统研究,以期为我国旅游业人才培养奠定理论基础。With the reform and opening and with the continuous development of China＇s tourism industry,tourism higher education has experienced different stages of development. Recently tourism women applied talents got achievements in the industry,and the results show that the higher education personnel training mode makes women talents all- round development in the process of higher education,while enhance the adaptability of the market,and in their future life and work to improve themselves,continue to develop. This study focuses on higher education tourism women applied talents training,so as to lay theoretical foundation for the tourism talent training in our country.
