摘　　要：公共文化服务是我国公共服务体系构建中重要而特殊的组成部分,不仅社会需求日益强烈,也与文化强国建设息息相关。然而,受制于多种因素影响,我国现代公共文化服务体系的构建与改革困难重重,相关研究未能充分发挥学理支撑与引领作用是重要原因之一。基于此,在系统梳理21世纪以来相关研究成果的基础上,探明我国公共文化的基本定位、内容与模式,针对体制障碍、供需错位、效能落差、评估困境等若干重点难题,凝练优化应对策略,并就公共文化的统筹与整合、公共文化空间布局优化与效能提升等若干趋势性问题进行探讨与展望。As an important and special part of China＇s public service system construction, public cultural service not only has the increasingly strong social demand, but also is closely related to the construction of cultural power. However, subject to multiple factors, there are a lot of difficulties in front of the construction and reform of the modern public cultural service system in our country.One of the important reasons is the related research failed to give theoretical supports and leads.Based on this,through combing the related research achievements in the new century to explore the basic orientation, the content and pattern of public culture in our country,and aiming at key problems,such as system obstacle,dislocation of supply and demand,efficiency drop, assessment plight etc,the paper refines counter measures and prospects the several trends such as coordination and integration, space optimization and performance improvement of public culture.
