井冈山精神在新时期党的执政伦理建设中的体现

摘　　要：井冈山精神是中国共产党在革命斗争时期创造的宝贵精神财富,其精神内涵丰富而深刻。对于社会主义建设时期的中国共产党来说,其价值体现在党的执政伦理建设方面有以下几点:一是对党执政理念的引导,有利于实现执政目标的"善"价值;二是对党的执政制度伦理的影响,有利于实现执政手段的"善"价值;三是对党员干部道德人格的影响,有利于实现执政主体的"善"境界。要实现井冈山精神的当代价值,应该在党的执政理念、执政手段、执政主体三方面所构成的执政伦理建设体系中充分挖掘其内含的伦理价值资源,使井冈山精神成为当代中国共产党人自信、自觉、自强的依据。The spirit of Jinggangshan is the precious spiritual wealth created in the Chinese Communist Party revolutionary struggle period, its spiritual connotation is rich and profound. For the Communist Party in the socialist construction period, its value is reflected in the party＇s Ruling Ethics Construction： Firstly, as guidance on the party＇s ruling idea, to achieve ＂good＂ value of the goal; Secondly, it impacts on the ethics of governing system of the party, to achieve ＂good＂ value of ruling means; Thirdly ,Its influence on the the moral personality of party members who are ruling party, is advantageous to realize their＂good＂ state. To realize the contemporary value of the spirit of Jinggangshan, the ethical value of resources should be fully tap its ethical value resources embedded system Ruling Ethics Construction in three aspects： idea of ruling, party＇s ruling means, the governing body. So that the spirit of Jinggangshan become a basis of communists＇ self-confidence, self consciousness, self-improvement.
