摘 要:造纸白泥经800℃活化后催化花生油与甲醇酯交换反应,当醇油摩尔比为12∶1、催化剂量为6%、酯交换时间为180 min时,在333 K和338 K的酯交换温度下,分别能取得92.02%和92.56%的三酰甘油转化率。在此基础上,通过建立酯交换宏观动力学模型,研究造纸白泥催化花生油和甲醇酯交换的动力学参数。反应温度为333 K、338 K时的反应速率常数k1、k2分别为0.061 89 min-1和0.073 03 min-1,且反应级数为1.5级、活化能E为30.976 k J/(mol·K)、频率因子k0为4.474×103min-1。同时,XRD、N2吸附、碱性强度等测定表明,造纸白泥经800℃活化后,其中的碳酸钙和氢氧化钙转变为氧化钙,形成一种具有较高比表面积(7.45 m2/g)的介孔材料,而且有较高的碱性强度(9.8<H-15.0),能够有效降低酯交换的反应活化能,提高三酰甘油的转化。Papermaking lime mud has been utilized as catalyst in peanut oil attended transesterification and methanol for biodiesel production in the paper. Triglyceride conversion of 92. 02% and 92. 56% were achieved on the condition that: temperature 333 K and 338 K with calcination temperature of 800 ℃,mole ratio of methanol / oil of 12∶ 1,catalyst percentage addition of 6%( referred to oil weight). The reaction kinetics was researched through the established macro- kinetics model of transesterification. The results showed that the reaction rate constant k1 and k2were 0. 061 89 min- 1,0. 073 03 min- 1at temperature of 333 K and 338 K respectively. The reaction order of transesterification catalyzed by papermaking lime mud was 1. 5,activation energy( E) 30. 976 k J /( mol·K) and frequency factor( k0) 4. 474 × 103min- 1. The nitrogen absorption and basic strength results indicated that papermaking lime mud catalyst was a kind of mesoporous material with large specific surface area( 7. 45 m^2/ g) and rather strong basic strength( 9. 8 H- 15. 0),which could reduce the active energy effectively and increase the transesterification conversion of triacylglycerol.
