摘　　要：用SWOT法分析了医院进修医生管理工作积累的整体优势,认识到当前医院存在自满与浮躁是面临的主要劣势,剖析了医院进修管理发展的大好机遇和医院体制调整所带来一些威胁,提出了建立强专科、大综合、充实医院文化的进修医生管理发展策略。Using the method of SWOT analysis, the author proposed that advance studies management had some advantage and the main inferiority was complacence and impetuous, It was analyzed that the hospital management development training and the institutional adjustments great opportunity to bring some hospitals threats. It was proposed the establishment of a strong specialist largest integrated and full training doctors for management development strategy hospital culture.
