伊敏露天矿剥离工艺改造方案探讨

摘　　要：针对伊敏露天矿在采区扇形推进过程中采用单斗-卡车生产工艺带来的开采成本攀升、劳动效率低、环境污染大等问题,提出了轮斗连续工艺、单斗-自移式破碎机半连续工艺、轮斗连续与单斗-自移式破碎机半连续综合工艺、单斗-卡车工艺四种剥离工艺改造方案,并对四种剥离工艺方案进行技术与经济性分析,最终确定采取综合工艺,即:第一台阶采用轮斗连续工艺方案,第二台阶采用单斗-自移式破碎机半连续工艺。Aiming at the rising cost,low labor efficiency and serious environmental pollution in the fan advance of Yimin Open- pit Coal Mine with shovel- truck system,4 systems were proposed and compared,including wheel- bucket continuous mining system,shovel self- mobile crusher semi- continuous system,comprehensive system of wheel- bucket continuous and bucket self- mobile crusher semi- continuous system, and shovel- truck system. Finally, the comprehensive process was selected,which used in the first stage and in the second stage.
