资源型城市中源期城市规划的思考

摘　　要：首先研究了资源型城市中源期发展中面临的问题为:资源型城市是以煤炭、石油和各种金属矿藏等为主的矿产资源开发的城市,由于矿产资源为不可再生资源,且其开发具有周期性,这种"缘矿而建"的"先生产、后生活"的生活方式更是带来了一系列不同于一般性城市的发展问题,种种发展迹象无不把其带向一个"矿竭城衰"的未来。最后研究了这种城市在转型中的城市规划应采取的措施方法寻求其符合自身发展的城市规划战略。As resource- based cities are based on non- renewable mineral resources,including coal,oil and metals.Some unique city development problems arose because of particular development mode, which might lead to city ＇s depression with the exhaustion of the resources. The problems of urban development were studied for resource- based cities during development- stagnating stage,and strategies of urban planning during city transition were studied to offer reasonable method of urban planning and design for cities during development- stagnating stage.
