摘　　要：简述煤浆制备工艺流程,分析落煤管频繁磨穿的原因,介绍阶梯型抗磨落煤管的设计应用。现场运行情况表明:阶梯型落煤管的改造是成功的,运行1a落煤管未发生磨穿事故,减少了检修工作量,数据表明稳定的制浆系统对煤浆浓度的提高也有显著效果。The process for preparation of coal water slurry was reviewed. Causes leading to frequent coal chute wear-down were analyzed. The engineering design and application of step cut wear-resistant coal chute was introduced. Local operation showed that the modification on the coal cute was a success without wear-down happening. The load of maintenance was lowered down. Data showed the stable coal water slurry preparation system would bring apparent advantage on enhancement of coal water slurry concentration.
