摘　　要：针对尿素刮料机运行过程中出现周期性异常响声及故障进行分析,对刮料机解体检修后发现,润滑脂加注系统磨损失效,通过修复轴承滚道,更换密封胶条并用润滑脂加注管线,使问题得到解决,达到设备可靠稳定运行的目的。Abnormal sound periodically came from urea scraper,and failure often happened. Dismantling the scraper for maintenance,we found the grease adding system was worn and malfunctioned. We repaired the ball track of bearing,changed the sealing strap and grease adding pipe to achieve a reliable and stable operation.
