含污废水的污泥培养驯化

摘　　要：采用A/O工艺处理炼油、甲醇装置及化肥装置所产生的污水、废水,由于炼油污水、废水的成分复杂,COD较高,难处理,通过在生化系统中重新投入性质相似的脱水活性污泥进行培菌和驯化,大大提高了系统处理能力,COD去除率达到90%以上,氨氮去除率达到95%以上,各项出水水质和能耗等指标均低于设计指标。A/O process was adopted for treatment of sewage and waste water from refinery,methanol plant and fertilizer plant. As composition of sewage and waste water from refinery is quite complex,and COD is high,it’s very difficult to deal with. So we once more dosed dehydrated activated sludge with similar nature in biochemical system to cultivate and domesticate the sludge,which greatly increased the treatment capacity of the system,COD removal over 90%,ammonia and nitrogen removal over 95%,effluent quality and consumption under designed criteria.
