摘　　要：以陕西高陵县农村产权抵押融资试验为案例,从主导模式、抵押物覆盖范围、抵押融资流程、风险防范机制等层面进行深入调研对该试验模式进行了分析,力求为当前农村产权抵押贷款融资局部困境找到突破,为完善和推广农村产权抵押贷款模式提供借鉴。Taking the example of the experimental fianacing by pleging the rural property right in Gaoling County of Shanxi Province, this paper makes a deep investigation and in-depth research into the main mortgage patterns, the coverage of the mortgaged property, the process of mortgage financing, the risk management mechanism etc.. The purpose of this study is to analyse this experimental mode of mortgage fiancing with the expectatin of finding an breakthrough for the local rural property mortgage financing predicament and thereby providing a reference for improving and promoting the rural property mortgage mode.
