摘 要:运用正交试验设计原理,研究了电凝聚气浮法处理钢管厂含石墨废水浊度的影响因子,并得到了的最佳操作条件。结果表明,影响电凝聚气浮法对含石墨废水浊度去除率的因子从主到次为废水p H值、电解电流、电解时间、极板间距。p H值和电解电流是影响含石墨废水浊度去除率的显著因素,极板间距和电解时间是非显著因素。最优运行方案为:电解时间30 min,电解电流1.0 A,极板间距20 mm,p H值6。在最优运行条件下含石墨废水浊度的去除率为98.34%。The article is aimed to test and find the optimal condition for increasing the removal rate of turbidity by using the orthogonal test designs. For this research purpose,we have adopted the electro-coagulation-flotation process for treating the graphite sewage from the steel pipe-making mill. Then,we have made a detailed study of the different factors that affect the removal rate of turbidity. Through the preliminary experiment,the most important factors can be illustrated as the time and current of electrolysis,the plate space and the pH value. In accordance with this research idea,we have set up the four above said factors in our orthogonal test designs. Besides,taking the accuracy of the experiment into consideration,we have arranged four different levels for each individual factor. Therefore,the said four factors and four levels can thus be made into the orthogonal test designs. By the end of our research,we have worked out the optimized conditions of the graphite sewage treatment through the above mentioned experiment. The experimental results have shown that the operational factors which affect the electro-coagulation flotation process in removing graphite sewage can be shown as follows: the sewage pH,the electrolysis current and time,the plate spacing. In addition,the variance analysis results also prove that the sewage pH and electrolysis current tends to play a significant role in influencing the removal rate of turbidity,whereas the electrolysis time and plate spacing may not be the critical factors. Thus,from the above mentioned experiments we have confirmed the optimal conditions as follows: the electrolysis time: 30 min; the electrolysis current: 1. 0 A; the plate spacing: 20 mm and the pH value: 6.And,finally,on the basis of the optimal conditions,we have conducted additional experiments,under which the removal rate of turbidity can be pushed up to as high as 98. 34%.
