摘  要:叶轮给煤机是火力发电厂主要的给配煤设备,其远方控制的安全可靠性是保证机组稳定运行的重要保障。某厂输煤系统的#1-#4叶轮给煤机供电及控制均采用滑线拖动电缆,由于电缆在潮湿、粉尘浓度高的恶劣条件下工作,而且随着设备运行时间的增加,控制电缆内部线芯多处断裂,严重影响设备的安全稳定运行,而且也增加了检修人员的劳动强度,所以为了改善现有设备的运行方式,且能够完全满足设备的控制要求,我们提出采用无线测控系统来实现叶轮给煤机的远方控制。Impeller to coal is the main power plant to the blending equipment, safety and reliability of its remote control is an important safeguard to ensure the stable operation of the unit. Factory Handling System # 1-# 4 impeller to coal power and control cables are used to drag slip line, since the cable work in wet, high dust concentrations of harsh conditions, but with the increase in equipment uptime, control internal cable core multiple fracture, seriously affecting the safe and stable operation of the equipment, so in order to improve the operation mode of existing equipment and facilities to fully meet the control requirements, we propose the use of wireless monitoring and control system to achieve remote control impeller coal feeder.
