摘  要:系统由硬件和软件2部分构成,采用80C196、AVR16单片机为核心实现电流电压的测量、显示、漏电保护等功能。主电路电源部分采用80C196处理后进行实时电压、功率显示,并经过DCA712转换后送入后级电路调整,锁定5V电压输出。漏电保护装置采用AVR16控制直流继电器,实现漏电保护。测试结果表明,电压调整率为0.2%,负载调整率为0.4%,漏电保护装置动作电流为30.25m A,精度超过设计要求。整个稳压电源输出稳定,调试方便。the system consists of two parts of hardware and software, current is realized by using 80 c196, AVR16 singlechip as the core voltage measurement, display, leakage protection function. Main circuit power supply part, based on 80 c196 controller will be sampling the voltage signal is transformed into ADS7805, after processing in single-chip microcomputer in real-time voltage, power, according to the level and after DCA712 after converting into adjustment circuit, locking 5 v voltage output. Leakage protection device for AVR16 controller, the sampling results compared with the preset value, the control of a dc relay disconnect, realize the leakage protection. Use the PI algorithm in software design, greatly improving the control accuracy. Test results show that the voltage regulation rate 0.2%, load adjusted rate 0.4%, can realize the leakage protection. The regulated power supply output stability,convenient debugging.
