摘　　要：OPEN-3000系统是电网监控及调度人员监视和控制电网的主要技术手段。文章深入分析了一次因OPEN-3000系统显示异常而导致监控员无法监视电网运行状态的问题,并提出具体解决方法,为更全面掌握OPEN-3000系统,更好地维护系统积累了经验,同时也提高了系统运行的可靠性。OPEN-3000 system is the main technical means for grid monitoring and dispatching personnel to monitor and control the grid. This paper analyzes the problem that monitoring personnel can not monitor the status of the power grid because of abnormal display of dispatching automation OPEN-3000 system. This paper also proposes specific solutions, which is not only accumulating experience to maintain the system betterly, but also improving the reliability of system operation.
