摘 要:目的为寻求更理想的灭螺药物,给我国血吸虫病现场防治提供钉螺控制新技术。方法在使用螺威和氯硝柳胺灭螺过程中做毒鱼对照试验,以了解2种药物对4种鱼类的毒性。结果施药5 min后,对照组(氯硝柳胺)鱼开始跳跃,20 min后开始有多条鱼反应强烈,30 min后发现有一些鳝鱼和泥鳅死亡;同期实验组(螺威)和空白组水面未见明显变化。24 h内鲫鱼和鲤鱼死亡:实验组5条、对照组40条、空白组0条。15 d后鲫鱼和鲤鱼死亡率:实验组67.50%、对照组100.00%、空白组7.50%。结论螺威对鱼类的毒性比氯硝柳胺弱,且毒性发作的速度比后者慢。Objective To seek the more effective molluscicide,and provide a new snail control technology for schistosomiasis control in the field.Methods TDS and niclosamide were used in poisoning fish controlled trial in snail control to understand the toxicity on the 4 kind of fishes.Results After immersion,a few fish started to jump after 5 minutes,many fish reacted strongly after 20 minutes,and some eels and loaches were found died after 30 minutes in control group( niclosamide).There was no obvious change in the water in the same time in experimental group( TDS) and blank group.The deaths of crucians and carps were found in 24h:the number of died fish in experimental group was 5,in control group was 40 and in blank group was 0.Fifty days later,the mortality rates of the 3 groups were respectively 67.50%,100.00% and 7.50%.Conclusion The experiment indicates a weaker toxicity of TDS than that of niclosamide,and its toxicity attack speed is slower than that of the latter.
