采场顶板岩块回转的应力演化及稳定性分析

摘  要:针对煤炭开采中的主要安全隐患采场顶板冒落问题,以采场顶板断裂成的关键块体为研究对象,通过理论公式推导与数值模拟相结合的方法,分析顶板关键块体在回转过程中的应力演化。结果表明:在完全对称回转情况下,随着回转角度的增大,初期水平推力增速较缓,后期增速加快;非对称情况下,水平推力整体变化趋势与前者相似,但在增长过程中由于非对称破坏的存在,导致其出现较大的波动;在顶板回转初期或顶板断裂度i>3时,极易发生滑动失稳破坏;随着回转角度的增大,水平推力增大导致岩石被挤碎,发生回转失稳,这种现象在i<3时尤为明显。Stope roof caving is a major problem in coal mining. Taking the key blocks of broken roof as the research object,we analyze the stress evolution of the key blocks in their rotation process by theoretical formula and numerical simulation. It is shown that,in the case of perfectly symmetrical rotation,with the increase of rotation angle,the initial horizontal thrust grows slowly at first and then grows fast; in the case of unsymmetrical rotation,the changing trend of horizontal thrust is similar to the symmetrical case,however,there exist large fluctuations in its growth process due to the impact of non-symmetry breaking. After investigating the instability mode of the key blocks,we know that sliding instability is prone to occur when the rotating angle is small or the degree of roof rupture i 3,and that,with increasing of rotation angle,the increased horizontal thrust will lead to rock broking and instable rotation,and this phenomenon is particularly evident as the small degree of roof rupture i 〈3.
