摘  要:基于水质监测分析,得出马踏湖为氯化类钠组Ⅱ型水,属偏碱性湖泊。运用沉积硅藻属种鉴定法与湖泊综合营养指数法,对马踏湖沉积硅藻属种进行鉴定,并分析湖泊综合营养状态。结果显示:马踏湖以Cyclotella meneghiniana(梅尼小环藻)为主,占该湖内所有硅藻属种的42.03%,Nitzschia palea(谷皮菱形藻)、Navicula crytocephala(隐头舟形藻)和Nitzschia sp.(菱形藻属)为优势种,指示了马踏湖的重富营养状况,这与综合营养指数法得出的马踏湖营养状态相一致。表明沉积硅藻组合对华北地区湖泊营养状态具有较好的指示作用,可为湖泊监测和治理提供科学依据。Water quality analysis showes that the water of Mata lake belongs to sodium chloride group Ⅱ type waters and is an alkaline lake. Using the sedimentary diatom taxa assay method and lake comprehensive nutrition index method,the Mata lake sedimentary diatom taxa is identified and its comprehensive nutrition status is analyzed. It is shown that Mata lake is mainly dominated by Cyclotella meneghiniana,as high as 42. 03%; Nitzschia palea,Navicula crytocephala and Nitzschia sp. are dominant species,reflecting the heavy eutrophication status of the lake,which is consistent with the conclusion drawed by the comprehensive nutrition index method. It is concluded that the combination of sedimentary diatoms has good referential effects for nutrition type of lakes in North China and can provide scientific a basis for lake monitoring and governance.
