摘  要:目的 观察使用两种不同钙浓度透析液的腹透患者的颈动脉弹性系数变化,探讨低钙透析液对颈动脉弹性的影响.方法 将60例使用标准钙透析液(Ca 1.75mmol/L)的腹透患者,随机分成两组,A组30例使用标准钙透析液,B组30例改用低钙透析液(Ca 1.25mmol/L),均行标准CAPD(Continuous Am-bulatory Peritoneal Dialysis).利用超声射频信号动脉弹性(QAS,Quality Arterial Stiffness)分析技术测量弹性系数α,观察24周前后两组患者α变化,同步测定iPTH(intact parathyroid hormone)、血钙、血脂等指标.用SPSS17统计软件进行数据分析.结果 57例患者完成了本研究,B组28例,A组29例.B组患者的α值较A组低,血钙亦较A组低,iPTH的达标率较A组高(P<0.05).结论 低钙透析液可能有利于延缓颈动脉弹性的减退速度,这可能与其能降低血钙、维持iPTH至合适水平有关.Objectives To investigate the effect of low calcium dialysate on carotid artery elasticity in CAPD patients by ultrasonograph.Methods Sixty CAPD patients who undertook Standard calcium dialysate solution before were enrolled into this study.They were divided into two groups:Group A (standard calcium dialysate,n =30),Group B (1 ow calcium dialysate,n =30),the index of carotid elasticity (α),as well as serum calcium,iPTH (intact parathyroid hormone),lipid,etc,were examined at the beginning and the end (After 24 weeks treatment)of this study respectively.we apply the QAS technology in exploring the function of arterial stiffness,which symbolized as αdatas were analyzed by SPSS17.Results Fifty-seven patients completed this study including Group A (n =29),Group B(n =28).the index of carotid elasticity(α) and serum calcium in group B were lower than those in group A,besides,iPTH target achievement was better than that in group A (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Low calcium dialysate may be effective to delay the progression of arterial stiffness,which may be attribuated with to lower calcium and more proper iPTH.
