血液透析护士亚健康状况的调查分析

摘　　要：目的 调查分析血液透析护士的工作压力与亚健康状况的关系.方法 采用随机抽样方法,分别从本市三家不同等级医院的血液透析中心随机抽取50名护士进行问卷调查,内容包括一般情况、护士工作压力量表和亚健康人群流行病学问卷调查.结果 ①在护士工作压力量表中,得分由低到高排序因素为：护士人际关系、工作环境、护患关系、护理工作性质、工作强度和时间安排;②反映血液透析护士亚健康症状的因素中,得分最高的为躯体状况（2.82±0.48分）;③血液透析护士均伴有躯体疼痛,其中腰部疼痛为主为28例,颈肩部疼痛为主为22例;④血液透析护士亚健康状况与工作压力呈正相关（r =0.57,t=5.325,P ＜0.05）.结论 ①工作强度和时间安排问题是血液透析室护士工作压力的最主要的来源之一;②长期巨大的工作强度对血液透析护士的身心均出现了不同程度的影响;③护理管理部门应采取切实有效的改进措施来减轻血液透析护士的工作压力.Objectives Investigation of the relationship between work stress and sub-health conditions of hemodialysis nurses.Methods To use random sampling method,50 hemodialysis nurses in three different levels of hospital were selected randomly from our city.They accepted questionnaire survey,which including general data,nurses stress scale and sub-health groups epidemiological survey scale.Results ①Sort factors of score from low to high on nurses stress scale were nurse relationships,work environment,nurse-patient relationship,the nature of nursing work,work intensity and timing.②From the factors of hemodialysis nurse sub-health symptoms,the highest score was physical condition （2.82 ± 0.48 points）.③Hemodialysis nurses were accompanied by physical pain,among which,28 people had obvious back pain while 22 people neck and shoulder pain.④Hemodialysis nurse health situation and work stress were positively correlated （r =0.57,t =5.325,P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions ① Work intensity and timing of the issue was one of the main sources of the work stress in hemodialysis nurses ;②There were different degrees impact for hemodialysis nurses because of long-term and tremendous work ; ③Much more effective improved measures should be taken by care management to mitigate hemodialysis nurses work stress.
