温州市外来务工人员肺结核防治知信行现状调查研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查温州市外来务工人员肺结核防治现状,并分析其影响因素,为制定针对性的干预策略提供依据。[方法]采用分层整群随机抽样的方法,对612名建筑行业和餐饮行业外来务工人员进行问卷调查,分析该人群相关知识知晓率、态度持有率、行为意向等条目。[结果]外来务工人员对肺结核防治知识知晓率较低,对其危险性认识不足,大多数人有肺结核相关症状后未选择到专业机构就诊。不同人口学特征统计结果显示,餐饮行业人员在防治知识和态度方面得分高于建筑行业(P<0.05),而在防治行为上差异无统计学意义。不同文化程度和月收入情况外来务工人员的肺结核防治知识、态度、行为得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]温州市外来务工人员对肺结核防治相关知识、态度、行为方面存在不足,要加强对该人群开展有针对性的健康教育、科普知识讲座和义诊等健康宣教活动。Objective：To survey the status quo of pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and treatment of migrant workers in Wenzhou,and analyze its influencing factors,provide the evidences for making the targeted intervention strategies.Methods：A total of 612 migrant workers in construction industry and catering industry received the questionnaire survey by using the stratified cluster random sampling method,and analyze the awareness rate of related knowledge,holding rate of attitude and behavior intention item of the crowd.Results：The awareness rate of migrant workers for the tuberculosis prevention and treatment knowledge was lower,they lack of recognition on its dangers,most of them did not choose to professional medical institutions after having tuberculosis related symptoms.The statistical results of different demographic characteristics showed that the prevention knowledge and attitude of personnel in catering industry had higherscores than that in construction industry（P〈0.05）,but there was no statistically significant difference in prevention and treatment behaviors between them.Tuberculosis prevention knowledge,attitude,behavior were positively correlated with culture degree and monthly income（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The migrant workers in Wenzhou lack of related knowledge,attitudes and behaviors on pulmonary tuberculosis prevention and treatment,and the targeted health education,lectures of popular science knowledge and free clinic should be strengthened for the crowd.
