健康教育对银屑病病人生活方式的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探讨健康教育对银屑病病人饮食习惯和体力活动的影响。[方法]通过对40例银屑病病人进行疾病知识、相关技能的教育;通过评估制定个性化的健康教育处方,对病人的饮食、运动进行干预;出院后定期随访,进行有效的健康教育指导干预。应用饮食运动简易测评表评价健康教育前后病人饮食习惯及体力活动情况。[结果]健康教育3个月后病人膳食结构严重不合理的比例从42.5%降至17.5%;缺乏体力活动的比例从17.5降至12.5%,不良健康行为明显改变(P<0.05)。[结论]提高病人对疾病的认知,运用饮食运动处方对银屑病病人进行系统具体的健康指导,可以有效促进病人建立健康生活方式,促进身体健康。Objective：To probe into the influence of health education on diet habits and physical activity of psoriasis patients.Methods：The knowledge of diseases and related skills education was carried out for 40 cases of psoriasis patients;through the evaluating and developing individualized health education prescription to carry out intervention for the patients＇ diet and exercise;regular follow-up after discharge and carrying out effective health education intervention.Diet and exercise simple evaluation form was used to evaluate patients＇ dietary habits and physical activity before and after health education.Results：After health education for 3months,the ratio of patients＇ diet structure serious unreasonable decreased from 42.5%to 17.5%;the ratio of lack of physical activity decreased from 17.5%to 12.5%,and the adverse health behavior were changed significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：It can effectively promote a healthy style of life and their health to improve patients＇ awareness on the disease and apply diet and exercise prescription for systematic and specific health guidance for patients with psoriasis.
