品管圈活动对降低单个医嘱处理缺陷发生率的影响

摘　　要：[目的]应用品管圈活动降低单个医嘱处理缺陷发生率,促进用药安全。[方法]按品管圈理论的步骤进行计划、实施、确认和处置,分析导致单个医嘱处理缺陷发生的真因,探讨解决对策并实施,进行效果评价。[结果]单个医嘱处理缺陷率由活动前的0.025%降低至活动后的0.005%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]品管圈活动可有效提升护士综合素质,降低单个医嘱处理缺陷率,保证护理安全。Objective：Applying the quality control circle activities to reduce the incidence of single prescription processing defects and promote medication safety.Methods：The plan,implementation,confirmation and disposal were carried out according to quality control circle theory steps,then to analyze the true reasons that led to a single prescription processing defects and probe into the countermeasures and implementation,and conduct effect evaluation.Results：The rate of single prescription processing defeats decreased from 0.025% before the activity to 0.005% after the activity,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：QCC can effectively promote the comprehensive quality of nurses,reduce defect rate of single prescription processing,ensure the safety of nursing care.
