摘  要:目的探讨不同疗法治疗肱骨干骨折并桡神经损伤的临床疗效。方法选取我院2012-01—2014-01 60例肱骨干骨折并桡神经损伤患者为研究对象,依据不同治疗方法分为2组,A组35例实施早期桡神经探查治疗,B组25例实施保守治疗,观察2组治疗效果。结果 A组优良率88.6%,B组为80.0%,2组比较差异统计学无意义(P>0.05)。A组术后随访(12.2±2.3)个月,骨折愈合时间(4.1±0.3)个月;B组术后随访时间(12.1±2.4)个月,骨折愈合时间(4.0±0.2)个月。2组术后未发生延迟愈合或骨不连。结论临床对于肱骨干骨折并桡神经损伤患者给予早期桡神经探查或采取保守治疗均是可行的,能够提高整体治疗效果,促进神经功能的恢复,值得临床应用与推广。Objective To study the clinical efficiency of different treatment methods for humeral shaft fracture combined with radial nerve injury.Methods From January 2012 to January 2014 in our hospital,a total of 60 cases of humeral shaft fracture with radial nerve injury patients were selected as research object.According to different treatment methods,all cases were divided into group A and group B,35 cases in group A were implemented the early exploration of the radial nerve,25 cases in group B were implemented conservative treatment,the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results The excellent rate of group A was 88.6%,which was 80.0%in group B,there was no significant difference existed comparing between group A and group B(P〉0.05).Postoperative follow-up time of group A was(12.2±2.3)months,fracture healing time was(4.1±0.3)months.Postoperative follow-up time of group B was(12.1±2.4)months,fracture healing time was(4.0±0.2)months.No patients had postoperative delayed union or nonunion.Conclusion Early exploration and conservative treatment for humeral fracture with radial nerve injury are feasible,which can improve the overall treatment efficacy,and promote the recovery of neurological function.It is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
