摘 要:在研究生态城市建设相关理论的基础上,结合包头市区域生态环境的实际,从环境质量、污染控制和生态效益三个方面构建了包头市生态城市建设中的生态环境指标体系,采用层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标体系中各指标的权重,对包头市生态城市建设中的生态环境现状进行评价.结果表明,包头市生态环境水平整体较高且环境质量整体向优,城市的污染物控制力度水平较高,生态效益成为生态环境评价的短板要素.据此提出加强对包头市的工业固体废物的控制管理,从而加快推进"绿色包头"建设的建议.Based on the relevant theoretical research of ecological city construction and combined with the actual situation of the regional ecological environment, according to the ecological environment indica- tor system of ecological city construction from environmental quality,pollution control and ecological bene- fits in this paper,the ecological environment in the ecological construction of Baotou city was analyzed and evaluated by using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP) to determine the weight of each index in the index system. The result indicates that. ecological environment gets to the overall high level, the ecological environment quality is good, the pollution control level is high, and the city ecological benefit is becoming the short board elements in the evaluation. Based on the conclusion, the author proposes to strengthen the control of industrial solid waste in Baotou and accelerate the suggestion of "green Baotou" construction.
