痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白及降钙素原的影响研究

摘　　要：目的探讨痰热清注射液对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)患者血清超敏C-反应蛋白(hsCRP)和降钙素原(PCT)水平的影响,并观察其临床疗效。方法选取2012年1月-2013年7月在呼吸内科住院的120例AECOPD患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例患者,两组均予以常规疗法,治疗组加用痰热清注射液,两组患者治疗10d后,观察血清hs-CRP、PCT变化及治疗效果。结果治疗前治疗组与对照组患者的hs-CRP及PCT水平差异均无统计学意义;治疗10d后治疗组与对照组患者的hs-CRP及PCT水平均较前下降;治疗组与对照组治疗的总有效率为95.00%与81.67%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论痰热清注射液在辅助治疗AECOPD患者可显著降低血清hs-CRP及PCT水平,从而明显提高临床疗效。OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of Tanreqing injection on the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-re-active protein （hs-CRP） and procalcitonin （PCT ） of the patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （AECOPD） and observe the clinical efficacy .METHODS A total of 120 AECOPD patients who were hospitalized the respiratory internal medicine department from Jan 2012 to Jul 2013 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group ,with 60 cases in each ;both groups received the conventional therapy ,while the treatment group was treated with additional Tanreqing injection ,and the chan-ges of serum hs-CRP and PCT and the curative effect were observed after the treatment for 10 days .RESULTS Be-fore the treatment ,there was no significant difference in the hs-CRP or PCT level between the treatment group and the control group ;the levels of hs-CRP and PCT of the treatment group and the control group were remark-ably reduced after the treatment for 10 days .The total effective rate of treatment was 95 .00% in the treatment group ,81 .67% in the control group , there was significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0 .05） . CONCLUSION Tanreqing injection ,as used for the adjuvant treatment ,can significantly reduce the levels of serum hs-CRP and PCT of the AECOPD patients so as to remarkably raise the curative effect .
