摘 要:目的了解细菌感染的脓毒血症患者淋巴细胞凋亡情况,探讨胸腺肽对细菌感染的脓毒血症患者线粒体功能的影响。方法收集2013年1-12月ICU收治的60例脓毒血症患者,随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组采用常规疗法,治疗组在常规疗法的基础上加用胸腺肽,对两组患者入院时、入院后24h、3d及7d的淋巴细胞凋亡率和线粒体膜电位进行检测,并采用SPSS 15.0软件对数据进行统计分析。结果治疗组患者在入院后3d与7d的细胞凋亡率分别为(6.23±1.08)%与(3.52±0.25)%,显著低于对照组的(8.44±1.26)%、(6.42±1.12)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组患者在入院后24h、3d与7d线粒体膜电位下降率分别为(87.62±3.02)%、(62.30±1.21)%与(50.66±0.22)%,均显著低于对照组的(82.13±2.11)%、(55.06±1.16)%与(32.10±1.12)%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论脓毒血症患者存在细胞异常凋亡现象,胸腺肽可改善线粒体的功能,抑制细胞异常凋亡,对脓毒血症有较好的治疗作用。OBJECTIVE To understand the situation of lymphocyte apoptosis of the patients with bacterial infection-induced septicopyemia and explore the effect of thymosin on the mitochondrial function of the patients with bacteri -al infection-induced septicopyemia .METHODS A total of 60 patients with septicopyemia who were treated in the ICU from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013 were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into two groups ,with 30 cases in each ;the control group received the conventional therapy ,while the treatment group was treated with additional thymosin based on the conventional therapy .The rates of lymphocyte apoptosis and mitochondrial membrane po-tential of the two groups of patients were determined at the admission ,or 24 hours ,3 days ,7 days after the ad-mission ;the statistical analysis was performed by using SPSS 15 .0 software .RESULTS At 3 days after the admis-sion ,the rate of lymphocyte apoptosis of the treatment group was (6 .23 ± 1 .08)% ,significantly lower than(8 .44 ± 1 .26)% of the control group ;at 7 days after the admission ,the rate of lymphocyte apoptosis of the treatment group was (3 .52 ± 0 .25)% ,significantly lower than (6 .42 ± 1 .12)% of the control group (P〈 0 .05) .The rate of mitochondrial membrane potential of the treatment group decreased by (87 .62 ± 3 .02)% at 24 hours after the adimission ,significantly lower than (82 .13 ± 2 .11)% of the control group ;the rate of mitochondrial membrane potential of the treatment group decreased by (62 .30 ± 1 .21)% at 3 days after the admission ,significantly lower than (55 .06 ± 1 .16)% of the control group ;the rate of mitochondrial membrane potential of the treatment group decreased by (50 .66 ± 0 .22)% at 7 days after the admission ,significantly lower than (32 .10 ± 1 .12)% of the control group (P〈 0 .05) .CONCLUSION The abnormal cell apoptosis is present in the septicopyemia patients .The thymosin can improve the mitochondrial function and inhibit the abnormal cell apopt
