摘  要:目的:检测川东北地区男性泌尿生殖道沙眼衣原体(CT )、淋菌(NG)和解脲脲支原体(Uu)感染,为该类患者的诊治提供实验室依据。方法收集2005年1月-2013年3月医院男性泌尿生殖道标本1557份,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应对标本中 CT 、NG 、Uu 3种病原体进行 DNA 检测,并对标本来源和患者年龄进行分析。结果 3种病原体中至少一种感染503例阳性,阳性率为32.3%;单独感染 Uu 233例 ,阳性率为15.0%,CT 感染127例,阳性率为8.2%,NG 感染35例,阳性率为 2.2%;混合感染中 CT + Uu 阳性率最高为3 .8%;不同来源的标本中,尿道分泌物阳性率最高为42.6%;各种类型感染患者均以20~40岁年龄段为主。结论 CT 和 Uu 感染是川东北地区男性泌尿生殖道炎症的原因之一,并且以青壮年为主,应重视该人群的检测与治疗。OBJECTIVE To detect the Chlamydia trachomatis (CT ) ,Neisseria gonorrhoeae(NG) ,and Ureaplas-ma urealyticum(Uu) that cause genitourinary tract infections in male patients so as to provide laboratory basis for diagnosis and treatment of the patients .METHODS A total of 1 557 genitourinary tract specimens were collected from the male patients who were treated in the hospital from Jan 2005 to Mar 2013 ,then the DNA sequencing was performed for the three species of pathogens isolated from the specimens ( CT ,NG ,and Uu) by using real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase-chain-reaction , and the specimen sources and the age were observed . RESULTS Totally 503 cases were infected with at least one of the three species of pathogens ,with the positive rate of 32 .3% ;there were 233 (15 .0% ) cases of single Uu infection ,127 (8 .2% ) cases of single CT infection ,and 35 (2 .2% ) cases of NG infection ;the positive rate of the CT plus Uu infection was the highest (3 .8% ) among the mixed infections .The positive rate of urinary tract secretions was the highest (42 .6% ) among the specimen sources .The patients of 20 to 40 years of age were the major population with different types of infections . CONCLUSION The CT and Uu infection is one of the causes of genitourinary tract inflammations in male patients of northeast part of Sichuan province ,and the young adults are the predominant population ,of whom the detection and treatment should be focused on .
