摘　　要：目的探讨消毒供应中心专科分类管理外来医疗器械及植入物的效果,为患者提供合格的医疗器械。方法采用回顾性分析研究,将2011年8月-2012年7月3 056包次外来医疗器械及植入物设为对照组,按外来医疗器械及植入物统一接收单清点核对、登记;2012年8月-2013年7月3 358包次外来医疗器械及植入物设为试验组,采用专科化分类管理,并制定了各专科常规器械及单个植入物的清洗流程、包装方法及交接流程,比较对照组与试验组清洗质量的差异性和操作的准确性。结果试验组和对照组清洗质量检测总体阳性率分别0.41%和8.44%,试验组明显低于对照组(P<0.01);按专科计算阳性率:试验组和对照组骨科阳性率分别为0.65%和8.62%;脑外科阳性率分别为0和7.27%;胸外科阳性率分别为0和10.00%,试验组均明显低于对照组(P<0.01、P<0.05);试验组差错低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论采用专科化分类管理明显提高外来医疗器械及植入物的清洗质量,并减少了差错的发生。OBJECTIVE To explore the effect of professional classified management on foreign instruments and im-plants in the central sterile supply department so as to offer the qualified medical instruments .METHODS By means of retrospective survey ,totally 3 056 foreign instruments and implants that were used from Aug 2011 to Jul 2012 were chosen as the control group ,these medical instruments and implants were uniformly received ,checked , registered ,and disposed .While 3 358 foreign instruments and implants that were used from Aug 2012 to Jul 2013 were set as the experimental group ,then the professional classified management was conducted ,the cleaning pro-cedures for the conventional instruments and single implants ,packing methods ,and handover processes were for-mulated ,and the cleaning quality and accuracy of operation were observed and compared between the control group and the experimental group .RESULTS The overall positive rate of the cleaning quality was 0 .41% in the experi-mental group ,significantly lower than 8 .44% in the control group （P〈 0 .01） .As the positive rate was defined by the department ,the positive rate of the orthopedics department was 0 .65% in the experimental group ,8 .62% in the control group ;the positive rate of the cerebral surgery department was 0 in the experimental group ,7 .27% in the control group ;the positive rate of the thoracic surgery department was 0 in the experimental group ,10 .00%in the control group ,the positive rates of the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈 0 .01 , P〈 0 .05） .The error rate of the experimental group was significantly lower than that those of the control group （P〈 0 .01） .CONCLUSION The professional classified management has significantly improve the cleaning quality of the foreign instruments and implants and has reduced the errors .
