血清脑钠肽及心肌速度阶差在诊断无并发症糖尿病患者左心室功能中的临床意义

摘　　要：目的观察对比血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平、心肌速度阶差在诊断无并发症糖尿病患者的左心室功能的临床意义。方法选取糖尿病无并发症患者100例作为试验组,同期收集来健康成年男女志愿者100例作为对照组。比较2组血清BNP、左室射血分数(LVEF)、左心室后壁收缩期心肌速度阶差(MVGs)和左心室后壁舒张期心肌速度阶差(MVGd)。结果试验组患者血清BNP高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者LVEF、MVGs和MVGd检测值均小于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无并发症糖尿病患者血清BNP水平高于正常人群,其左心功能亦差于正常人群,应积极预防心功能不全和糖尿病心脏病。Objective To investigate the clinical significance of detecting serum BNP level combined with myocardial velocity gradient in diagnosis of left ventricular function in patients with no complications of diabetes .Methods 100 patients with no complications diabetes were selected as experimental group ,and 100 healthy volunteers （ including males and females ） were selected as control group .The serum BNP,LVEF,MVGs and MVGd of the two groups were examed and then compared the level of the indexes between the two groups .Results The serum BNP of expermental group was higher than of control group ,whereas LVEF ,MVGs and MVGd of expermental group was lower than control group ,the difference were statistically sig-nificant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The serum of BNP of patients with no complications diabetes is higher than normal people . And according to diagnosis of myocardial velocity gradient ,patient′s left ventricular function is also lower than normal people . The current results indicated that patients with no complications diabetes should prevent cardiac insufficiency and diabetic heart disease.
