摘　　要：目的观察用镜体直接分离建立后腹腔的方法(IUPU)与自制气囊两种建腔方式用于单孔单通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿手术对肾功能和尿常规的影响。方法将208例肾囊肿患者随机分为试验组和对照组各104例。试验组经自制气囊法腹腔镜下肾囊肿手术切除术,对照组以IUPU法建立后腹腔经腹腔镜肾囊肿手术切除。术后比较2组患者肾功能和尿常规。结果治疗前2组患者肾功能各项指标水平检测相近,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后2组患者血清肌酐(Scr)、血尿素氮(BUN)水平及收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)均降低,而肾小球滤过率(GFR)水平升高,且试验组降低或升高幅度大于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者蛋白尿、尿白细胞(WBC)和尿红细胞(RBC)检出率均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论自制气囊建腔在单孔单通道后腹腔镜肾囊肿手术中对肾功能和尿常规的影响优于IUPU建腔模式。Objective To analyse the influences on the renal function and urine routine of single hole single channel laparoscopic renal cyst operation by IUPU and self-made balloon .Methods 208 patients renal cyst patients were randomly di-vided into the experimental group and the control group ,104 cases of each .All patients were given laparoscopic renal cyst oper-ation.While the building mode of the experimental group by self-made balloon and the control group by IUPU .Then the renal function and urine before and after the treatment were tested and compared the differences .Results Before the treatment ,the index levels of renal function and urine between two groups were similar ,the difference was not statistically significant （ P〉0.05）.After treatment,Scr,BUN,SBP and DBP of the two groups were decreased ,and GFR increased,while the experimental group decreased or increased larger than the control group ,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The pro-tein,WBC and RBC in urine of the experimental group were lower than that of control group ,the differencse were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Single channel laparoscopic renal cyst operation by self-made balloon has lesser effect on renal function and urine .
