药物三联法配合运动训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎对患者生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的观察药物三联法(曲安奈德、玻璃酸钠与硫酸氨基葡萄糖)配合运动训练治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)对患者生活质量的影响。方法将220例KOA患者随机分为观察组和对照组各110例,观察组给予药物三联法(曲安奈德、玻璃酸钠与硫酸氨基葡萄糖)配合运动训练进行治疗,对照组单纯给予药物三联法进行治疗,采用SF-36量表分别对2组患者治疗前后的生活质量进行评估。结果治疗前2组SF-36量表8个维度的评分相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组的8个维度评分均高于治疗前,且观察组的8个维度评分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论药物三联法配合运动训练治疗KOA可明显提高患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the effect of drug triple method （ triamcinolone acetonide , sodium hyaluronate and glucosamine sulfate ） combined with exercise training on the quality of life of the patients with knee osteoarthritis （ KOA ） . Methods 220 patients of KOA were randomly divided into observation group and control group ,110 cases of each .The obser-vation group was given drug triple method combined with exercise training ,while the control group was given drug triple method only.The quality of life was evaluated by the SF-36 scale of patients before and after treatment .Results Before treatment,the difference of 8 dimension score of SF-36 scale of two groups was not statistically significant （P〉0.05 ）.After treatment,8 di-mension score of SF-36 scale of two groups were both higher than before treatment ,and 8 dimension score of the observation group were higher than of control group ,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Drug triple ther-apy combined with exercise training can significantly improve the life quality of patients with KOA ,and it is worthy of clinical application .
