摘　　要：党的十八大以来,以习近平为总书记的党中央领导集体,在保持改革开放以来我国外交方针政策连续性的同时,结合当今复杂的国际形势,把握国际关系的新变化、新特点,对我国的国际关系和外交战略做出了一系列重要论述。并在实践中迎接挑战,实施"五位一体"的战略布局,推动大国外交、周边外交、发展中国家外交、多边外交以及公共外交的进一步发展,努力开创我国外交的崭新局面,为我国在新世纪新阶段的发展提供了良好的国际环境,在实现"中国梦"的道路上奋力前进。Since the 18 th CPC National Congress, while ensuring the continuity of China ＇s foreign policies for over 30 years of reform and opening up, the new leadership team of the Central Party Committee led by General Secretary Xi Jinping has made a series of important statements on international relations and diplomatic strategies of China, in light of the current sophisticated international context and new changes and new features of international relations. The new leadership team of the Central Party Committee has met challenges in practice, implemented ＂five in one＂ strategic layout, promoted the further development of diplomatic relations with great powers, neighboring countries and developing countries, multilateral diplomacy and public diplomacy, made efforts in opening up new prospects for China＇s diplomacy, so that it has created favorable international environment for a new stage of development of China in the 21 st century. The new leadership team is pressing forward on the road to ＂Chinese Dream＂.
