云克治疗Graves眼病所致突眼的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察云克治疗Graves眼病(GO)所致突眼的疗效。方法选取2009年12月—2013年9月于武汉市中心医院核医学科确诊的GO所致突眼患者85例,均予以云克治疗。观察患者临床疗效及不良反应情况。结果患者显效11例(12.9%),有效58例(68.3%),无效16例(18.8%),总有效率为81.2%。轻度突眼患者总有效率高于中度突眼患者及重度突眼患者,中度突眼患者总有效率高于重度突眼患者,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同病程突眼患者临床疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗时及疗程结束后血常规、肝肾功能均未见异常,亦未发现其他严重不良反应。结论云克治疗GO所致突眼的疗效显著,方法简便,无严重不良反应,安全性高。Objective To explore the effect of Yunke on exophthalmus caused by Graves ophthalmopathy. Methods A total of 85 patients with exophthalmus caused by Graves ophthalmopathy were selected in the Central Hospital of Wuhan from December 2009 to September 2013,all of them given Yunke. Clinical effect and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Results Out of the 85 patients,11 cases get excellent effect（12. 9%）,58 cases get good effect（68. 3%）,16 cases was invalid（18. 8%）,the total effective rate was 81. 2%. The total effective rate of patients with mild exophthalmos was higher than that of patients with moderate or severe exophthalmos,respectively,and that of patients with moderate exophthalmos was higher than that of patients with severe exophthalmos,the differences were significantly different（P〈0. 05）. There was no significant differences of total effective rate among patients with different courses of disease（P〉0. 05）. No one occurred abnormal blood routine examination or abnormal hepatic and renal function,or other serious adverse reactions. Conclusion Yunke has notable curative effect in the treatment of exophthalmus caused by Graves ophthalmopathy,is simple and convenient to be used,without serious adverse reactions,is safe.
