摘 要:为了降低交通事故中的乘员伤亡率,用全宽可变形壁障(FWDB)测试方法,分析和评价了2款车型的车对车正碰撞的相容性。按照欧洲车辆安全促进委员会第15工作组(EEVC-WG15)的标准,建立了FWDB有限元模型;采用英国交通实验室(TRL)台车碰撞试验方法,进行标定。以碰撞作用力平均高度和车辆前端等效刚度2个参数,作为FWDB碰撞分析的评价指标,并以车对车正面100%重叠碰撞,进行验证。结果表明:FWDB碰撞分析结果与车对车碰撞分析结果相一致。这说明:FWDB测试方法能反映出车辆的碰撞相容性能,为改善碰撞相容性提供指导。The compatibility of car-to-car frontal crash was analyzed and evaluated for two types of vehicles using a ful width deformable barrier (FWDB) test method to reduce the high casualty rate in trafifc accident. A ifnite element model of FWDB was established based on a program by European Enhanced Vehicle Safety Committee-Working Group 15 (EEVC-WG15). The model was validated using a sled test method by Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) in UK. Two parameters, the average height of force position and the equivalence crush-work stiffness, were introduced as the main evaluation criteria for the FWDB crash analysis with car-to-car 100% overlap frontal crash being used to verify the simulations. The results show that the analysis results by the FWDB crash test are consistent with those by the car–to-car impact. Therefore, the FWDB test method can represent car-to-car compatibility and can provide efifcient strategies for improving vehicle crash compatibility.
