摘  要:菌种在工业发酵生产中对生产水平具有决定性的作用,在生产中一个合适的菌种保藏方法也很重要。超低温冷冻保藏法通过AIDCS测控系统把超低温冰箱的测温装置连接到电脑上,进行实时在线监测冰箱内温度,进行在线温度记录。通过菌种验证对比得出超低温冷冻保藏法具有保存时间长、保存费用低、不容易发生变异、利于操作的特点。得出这种方法在菌种保藏中值得推广。The strain has a decisive effect on the level of production in the industrial fermentation production, in the production of an appropriate preservation methods is also very important. Ultra low temperature freezing preservation method of the temperature measuring device of super low temperature refrigerator is connected to the computer through AIDCS measurement and control system, real-time online monitoring of temperature inside the refrigerator, on-line temperature record. By contrast to ultra low temperature freezing strain verification preservation method has the characteristics of long preservation time, save costs low, not prone to mutation, easy operation. It demonstrated that the method is worth popularizing in the preservation of.
