摘　　要：针对连轧机主传动弧齿锥齿轮与圆柱斜齿轮组合减速机第一级锥齿轮副系失效,对其进行转矩测试和振动信号测试,以及部分零件的有限元分析,结合组合减速机第一级弧齿锥齿轮剥离断裂的实例阐述其失效的原因及采取对策。Aiming at the problem of the failure of the first stage mesh gears of the combination reducer of spiral bevel gear and helical cylindrical gear,the test of the torque and vibration signal,and the finite element analysis of parts are carried out.Combining the real example of the gear stripping and breakage,the failure reason and some relevant action are expound.
