摘 要:用于手机屏幕及平板显示器等的化学强化薄玻璃的机械性能受诸多因素的影响,其中KNO3熔盐的活性对离子交换反应起着至关重要的作用。本文根据实践经验、结合文献记载,从硝酸钾的分解、污染及晶态等方面对玻璃化学强化用KNO3熔盐失活的原因进行了系统的分析,指出了KNO3失活对化学强化过程以及强化产品机械性能的影响。针对KNO3失活的原因,探讨了提高KNO3盐浴活性及防止KNO3失活的可行性方法。对延长熔盐使用寿命、提升化学强化质量具有重要的理论和实际意义,可为工业化生产提供一定的技术参考。The mechanical properties of chemical strengthening glass which used for mobile phone screen and flat panel displays affected by many factors,meanwhile,the activity of KNO3 molten salt baths plays a vitally important role in improving it. Based on practical practice and plenty of literatures,the causes of the deactivation of KNO3 molten salt baths were analyzed in three different aspects in a systematic way,including its decomposition,pollution and different polymorphs,and the effects of the deactivation of KNO3 molten salt baths on the mechanical properties of chemical strengthening glass were pointed.According to the causes summarized,feasible suggestions on improving the activity of KNO3 molten salt baths or preventing its deactivation were put forward. The analysis and discussion would be of great significance in extending its working time and promoting the chemical strengthening quality,and it will provide some technical reference for industrial production.
