摘  要:按粉煤灰最佳掺量配制轻骨料混凝土,进行抗硫酸盐侵蚀实验。试验结果表明,干湿循环作用下,硫酸钠浓度为7%的试块侵蚀速度最快;粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土的破坏形式主要为裂缝开裂破坏;随干湿循环的进行,抗压强度呈现出先增加后降低的近似抛物线曲线的趋势,并且硫酸钠溶液的浓度越高,强度上升的越快,下降的也越快;三种侵蚀溶液中的应力-应变曲线具有相似性,并且粉煤灰轻骨料混凝土的塑性随侵蚀浓度的提高而增大;对侵蚀作用后的混凝土应力-应变曲线可以采用三次曲线进行拟合,效果较好。Prepared the lightweight aggregate concrete( LAC) by the best dosage of fly ash, do experiments on the resistance to sulfate corrosion. The results showed that,under wet and dry cycles,erosion rate of the specimens in the concentration of 7% sodium sulfate solution is the fastest. Major destruction form of fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete is the damage of crack propagation; As the wet and dry cycles go on,compressive strength was shown to the trend of parabolic curve increase first and then reduce. And the higher the concentration of sodium sulfate solution,the faster the strength increase and decline. Three kinds of stress-strain curves in the erosion solution are similar,and the plasticity of fly ash lightweight aggregate concrete increased with the improve of the erosion concentration. The cubic curve can be used to fit the stress-strain curves after the effects of erosion and have a good effect.
