现代浆厂洗浆设备的综合评价及应用选择

摘　　要：纸浆洗涤是造纸企业实现节能降耗和清洁生产的关键环节,种类繁多的洗浆设备对项目建设时的洗浆设备选择带来了难度。本文根据洗浆设备的功能特点,结合成熟运行的项目经验,阐明现代浆厂主要洗浆设备可在双辊置换压榨挤浆机、鼓式置换洗浆机和鼓式真空洗浆机3类设备内选择或优化组合,概括了洗浆设备配置理念并提出了洗浆设备的选择建议。Pulp washing is a key process to realize lower energy consumption and less effluent emission and implement cleaner production in a modern pulp mill. Nowadays it becomes difficult to select the washing device as there are various products appeared in market. According to the functional features of the devices,combing the mature operational experiences of the mills,this paper discussed the possible options among twin-roll replacement press washer,drum replacement washer and drum vacuum washer or their optimum combination as the main washing device of the modern pulp mills. The concepts of washing device configuration and washing device selection were proposed.
