摘  要:广西南宁某蛇场眼镜蛇暴发大规模的皮肤病,临床主要表现为传播迅速,皮肤腐烂,蜕皮不全。为了研究该病病因和制定有效的防控措施,对送检蛇进行细菌学检验。通过细菌分离培养、生化鉴定、细菌16SrRNA PCR扩增测序、药敏试验和致病性试验等,分离到3株细菌,分别为表皮葡萄球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和肠道沙门菌;23种抗菌药物只有氟苯尼考对3株菌都表现敏感,其他抗菌药物对3株分离菌表现不同的耐药或中介;3株分离菌对小鼠都具有致病性。根据药敏试验结果选用药物,氟苯尼考对治疗该病有很好的效果。本研究结果将对预防和治疗眼镜蛇皮肤病具有一定的参考价值。A widespread cobra skin disease outbroke in a snake farm in Nanning,Guangxi province;the main clinical symptoms were skin-rotting and exuviating incompletely.In order to investigate the pathogens of the disease and make effective prevention measures,the bacteriological isolation,bacterial culture,biochemical identification,bacterial 16 SrRNA gene PCR amplification,pathogenicity test,drug sensitivity tests were conducted.The results showed that three strains of bacteria were isolated;there were Staphylococcus epidermis,Staphylococcus aureus,and Salmonella enterica respectively.Among the 23 antimicrobial drugs,only florfenicol was sensitive to all three strains,others were either resistant or medium to three strains.Three strainswere all virulent to mice.Choosing the drug depended on the results of drug susceptibility test,florfenicol was well effective to treat the disease.The results for the prevention and treatment of cobra skin disease will have a certain reference value.
