摘　　要：针对西安市阎良区养猪场户疫病防控中疫苗免疫接种的实际情况,分别采集7个镇街27个养殖场户671血清样品,对猪瘟和猪O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫抗体水平进行了检测。调查表明,西安市阎良区2013年和2014年猪瘟免疫抗体合格率分别为82.8%和84.3%,猪O型口蹄疫免疫抗体合格率分别为88.5%和88.3%。猪瘟和猪O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫抗体阳性合格率均高于农业部要求的70%的标准。In order to understand the situation of vaccine immunization for prevention and control of main infectious diseases in swine of Yanling district,Xi＇an,671 seral samples from 27 farms in 7towns in this region were collected,and the immune antibody levels against classical swine fever virus and O type foot-andmouth disease virus were detected.The results showed that qualified rates of immune antibodies against classical swine fever virus and O type foot-and-mouth disease virus in 2013 and 2014were 82.8%,84.3%and 88.5%,88.3%,respectively.The qualified rates of immune antibodies against classical swine fever virus and O type foot-and-mouth disease virus were all higher than 70% of standards required by the Department of Agriculture,China.
