摘  要:本文介绍了沉箱式堆照钴靶辐照装置及核级设备辐照试验的剂量特性要求。采用建立辐射场空间剂量率计算模型、编制计算程序的方法,对堆照钴靶辐射场装载方案进行了设计;采用化学剂量计多点测量的方法,测定了装载后辐射场的剂量率分布;通过对辐射场空间分布特性的分析,确定了辐照样品的摆放位置及其对应的辐照剂量率;最后给出了总辐照剂量的主要影响因素及评估方法。结果表明,在辐照装置的全尺寸空间范围内,剂量率分布均在0.14-0.42Gy·s^-1范围内,且最大有效辐照空间可达1 200mm×1 200mm×1 000mm,各项指标均满足1E级设备辐照鉴定试验的要求。An irradiation facility with the type of sinkbox using cobalt target as its irradiation source and the requirement for the dose characteristics of 1E grade equipment irradiation test were introduced in this paper .The proper layout of reactor irradiated cobalt target was designed by the calculation program of dose rate distribution of radiation field ,and the method of chemical dosimeter multi‐point measurement was used to determine the dose rate distribution of the radiation field . The located place and irradiation dose rate of the irradiation sample were determined through the analysis of the spatial distribution of the irradiation field .Finally ,the main factor and the assessment method of the total irradiation dose were provided .The results show that the performance of designed radiation field meets the requirement for the irradiation test within the full‐size spacial scale , which is controlled within the range from 0.14 Gy/s to 0.42 Gy/s ,and the maximum effective irradiation space is up to 1 200 mm × 1 200 mm × 1 000 mm .
