摘  要:目的:建立满山红提取物中金丝桃苷、杜鹃素、槲皮素和山奈酚总量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定满山红提取物中4种黄酮类成分的总量。结果:金丝桃苷、杜鹃素、槲皮素、山奈酚的线性范围分别为19.248-481.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9999)、7.984-199.6μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)、5.648-141.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9996)、1.408-35.2μg·ml-1(r=0.9998)、平均加样回收率分别为96.5%、98.4%、97.4%、97.5%,RSD分别为1.25%、0.70%、0.71%、0.89%。四批满山红提取物中多个黄酮成分总量分别为3.17%、3.14%、3.06%、3.19%。结论:该方法简便、重复性好、结果准确可靠,可用于满山红提取物的质量控制。Objective: To establish a method to determine the total contents of Hyperoside, Farrerol, Quercetin and Kaempferol in extractive of dried leaves of Rhododendron Dauricum. Methods: HPLC was adopted for the determination of the total contents of four flavonoids in extractive of dried leaves of Rhododendron Dauricum. Results: The Hyperoside, Farrerol,Quercetin and Kaempferol had good linearity in the range of 19. 248 - 481. 2μg. ml-1( r = 0. 9999),7. 984 - 199. 6μg. ml-1( r=0. 9998),5. 648 - 141. 2μg. ml-1( r = 0. 9996) and 1. 408 - 35. 2μg. ml-1( r = 0. 9998),the average recoveries were96. 5%,98. 4%,97. 4% and 97. 5% with RSD of 1. 25%,0. 70%,0. 71% and 0. 89% respectively,the total contents of four groups were 3. 17%,3. 14%,3. 06% and 3. 19%. Conclusion: The method is simple,repeatable and accurate,it can be used for quality control of extract from dried leaves of Rhododendro Dauricum.
