摘 要:为了抑制真空断路器分闸操作过程的触头过冲与反弹现象,提高断路器的开断性能,笔者基于真空断路器永磁机构分闸操作工作原理,分析触头的运动过程,获取有效抑制触头过冲与反弹的预设行程值,建立了触头在分闸位置的速度特性与过冲及反弹幅值的特征关系。利用闭环控制策略对永磁机构线圈电流进行调节,降低触头的分闸末速度,实现对触头过冲与反弹的有效抑制。研制以数字信号处理器(DSP)为核心的控制装置,开展12 kV真空断路器永磁机构分闸操作实验,对操作过程中触头行程数据进行对比分析。结果表明,在上述控制系统的作用下,触头的运动过程处于受控状态,通过对预设行程值的标定,实现有效抑制触头过冲与反弹,保证永磁机构分闸操作可靠性,提高断路器分断能力。In order to suppress the vacuum circuit breaker contact overshoot and rebound phenomenon in the process of opening operation and to improve the breaking capacity of circuit breaker, based on the principle of the vacuum circuit breaker with permanent magnet actuator(PMA)opening operation, the movement process of the contact is analyzed, the preset value is obtained for effectively suppress contact overshoot and rebound. The relationship of the speed characteristic and overshoot and rebound amplitude is established in this paper. The closed-loop control strategy is used to control the coil current of PMA, to reduce the speed at the end opening of the contact and to suppress the contact overshoot and rebound effectively. The control system based on DSP is designed. A 12 kV vacuum circuit breaker with PMA is regarded as the controlled object and the contact tripping data in the operating process are analyzed. The results show that the control system designed with the new control method could ensure the characteristics of the contact in a controlled state. Through the preset value calibration,contact overshoot and rebound are suppressed effectively; the reliability of PMA opening operations is assured; and the breaking performance of the circuit breaker is improved.
