摘 要:在直流输电工程实际运行过程中,逆变站的换相失败多由交流系统故障造成,但站内小组交流滤波器的投入也有可能导致换相失败的发生。笔者对2012年至2013年期间天广直流逆变侧换相失败的实例进行分类整理,对广州换流站发生的换相失败事件故障录波进行系统化的分析,查明导致换相失败的原因是逆变站小组交流滤波器投入时机不当。通过对广州换流站滤波器断路器进行动作分散性测试,发现液压动作机构断路器与选相分合闸装置配合不当是导致滤波器投入时刻不当的原因。利用贵广II回直流RTDS模型进行对比仿真试验,发现滤波器投入时刻不当会否造成换相失败与直流输电系统受端交流网络的强弱程度有关。最后,在总结分析逆变站的换相失败机理的基础上,提出改进措施和进一步研究的建议。According to operating experience of HVDC transmission project, commutation failure in inverter station,which is mostly caused by AC system fault, will also be caused by AC filter switching-on. This paper, referring to the commutation failure cases happened in Guangzhou converter station of Tian-Guang HVDC project and to study the record of transient fault recorder, is to prove that AC filter switching-on at a wrong timing is the cause of the incidents. By testing the discreteness of motion of the AC filter circuit breaker in Guangzhou converter station, the result of switching-on at a wrong timing is caused by the incoordination between circuit breaker and phase-selecting device. By using the RTDS model of Gui-Guang II Line HVDC project for simulation, AC filter switching-on at a wrong timing will cause the commutation failure or not, is relative to the AC system strength of inverter side of HVDC system. Base on the summary and analysis of the reason of commutation failure, the improvement and further research suggestion is given.
