摘　　要：介绍了铜陵有色金属集团股份有限公司金冠铜业1 450 kt/a铜冶炼烟气制酸系统的设计和实际运行情况。阐述了采用1套净化、2套转化、干吸和1套尾气脱硫工艺流程选择的合理性。针对实际生产中遇到的一些问题,采取相应的改进措施,使该装置各项技术经济指标良好,转化率达到99.93%以上,二吸塔出口烟气ρ(SO2)<400 mg/m3,成品酸质量达到国家工业优等品标准。Design and operation of 1 450 kt / a sulphuric acid plant based on copper smelter off-gas in Jinguan Copper are described. Rationality of selection of a set of purification system,two sets of drying and absorbing system,and tail gas desulphurization process was introduced. Corresponding measures were adopted to solve some problems,which made every kind of technical and economic index better,with conversion rate more than 99. 93%,concentration of outlet gas of the final absorption tower less than 400 mg / m3,quality of finished sulphuric acid reaching the standards of industrial high-class products.
