摘　　要：介绍了重庆三圣特种建材股份有限公司20 kt/a液体二氧化硫装置的设计特点和运行情况。装置采用石膏制酸联产水泥窑气生产液体二氧化硫,窑气φ(SO2)为6.5%,采用柠檬酸钠法二级溶液吸收。该装置运行1年多,各项工艺指标都达到设计要求,产量达到65 t/d。Design characteristics and operation of 20 kt / a liquid sulphur dioxide plant in Chongqing Sansheng Special Building Materials Co.,Ltd. are introduced. Kiln gas from the co-production of sulphuric acid and cement was used to manufacture liquid sulphur dioxide,which contains sulphur dioxide of 6. 5 vol%. The process was sodium citrate method of two-stage absorbing solution. The device has run stably for over one year,with every technology index reaching design requirement,output reaching 65 t / d.
