摘　　要：介绍金川集团有限公司利用错流液膜法污酸处理设备,配合使用专利药剂,仅用一步法处理酸性废水中的砷及重金属离子,将酸性废水中ρ（As）高达1~6 g/L的砷处理到0.5 mg/L以下达标排放,实现污水零排放,而且将贵金属铼富集于砷滤饼后进行提取,资源回收再利用的同时获得最大的经济效益。Cross current liquid film method waste acid treatment equipment combined with patent medicament used by Jinchuan Group Ltd. removed arsenic and heavy metal ion in acid waste water by one-step process,with arsenic concentration of 1 ~ 6 g / L decreasing to 0. 5 mg / L,reaching emission standards,realizing zero waste water discharge. Noble metal rhenate enriched in arsenic residue was extracted,which realized resource recycling and meanwhile achieved the biggest economic benefits.
