摘  要:以二氯二茂钛为钛源、HMS为载体,采用嫁接法合成了一系列不同载钛量的Ti-HMS,并结合浸渍法将钴负载于分子筛上,得到Ti-Co-HMS催化剂.采用X射线粉末衍射仪、N2吸附-脱附仪、紫外-漫反射可见光谱和傅里叶变换红外光谱等对样品进行了表征.在温和条件下进行对叔丁基甲苯的催化氧化,结果表明,催化剂样品具有较高的催化活性,对叔丁基甲苯的转化率可达47.29%,对叔丁基苯甲醛的选择性可达78.70%,收率达到31.78%.A series of Ti-HMS with different Ti loading amounts were synthesized through grafting method using titanocene dichloride as Ti source and HMS as carrier. Ti-Co-HMS catalysts were obtained by loading Co on molecular sieve through the impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, UV-Raman, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and low temperature N2adsorption-desorption methods. The catalytic oxidation of 4-tert-butyltoluene was reacted in mild conditions. The results showed that the catalysts had high catalytic activity. The conversion rate of 4-tert-butyltoluene reached 47.29%, and the selectivity of 4-tert-butylbenzaldehyde was improved to 78.70%, and the yield of 4-tert-butylbenzaldehyde was up to 31.78%.
